Cha..Cha..Changes

Welp, my second year of teaching is in the books. I am feeling such a mix of emotions...

Yes. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to stay home with Cooper for a year.
Yes. I am going to miss teaching terribly.
Yes. I am excited about what is to come.

Yes. I will be back in the classroom.

With help from friends (thanks Dawn and Stone!) and Chris I had my room packed, cleaned and moved just three short days after the last day of school.

Here is how I left it. The incoming kindergarten teacher asked me to leave the tree for her. It had leaves on it, but I took them with me.

In the middle of all the moving and packing, we went to a Mariners game and watched them lose to the Giants. Despite the loss, it was fun hanging out with Keri and Peter. A BIG THANK YOU to Keri and Peter. They are storing all of my teaching stuff at their house until we move into our new house! (Our storage unit is at MAX capacity.)
