30 Weeks

Welp. I am not diabetic or anemic. Yay!

Although, with the way I have been eating sugar this pregnancy I am in true disbelief as to how I passed my glucose test. I am not a sugary craving kinda girl. I love me a bag of spicy potato chips over a cookie any day. Apparently, the little lady growing in my tummy has a sweet tooth and she is demanding that it be satisfied.

It is such a strange feeling to crave a food that you have never really desired before.

I have been feeling good. It is getting really tough to breathe. Little Adeline is taking her fair share of my lung capacity these days. But I am willing to share :) I feel her move all the time- must be all the sugar.

30 weeks

I am not planning on doing another PEPS group with Adeline, mainly because 4 of the moms in Cooper's PEPS group are currently pregnant as well. Here we are from left to right, due May 28, due July 15, due August 16, due in early November. The two boys look completely disinterested in the situation. We did not place them there. They just sat there with those expressions on their faces. Ironic that they are the children of the two moms who are due first?

Cooper's buddies.

We have several picture books we have been reading with Cooper that tell stories of new siblings coming into the family. He points at the "sister" in the story. He says "baby" all the time. He even points at my tummy and says, "baby." He knows where we are talking about when we say, "Do you want to go see your sister's room?" In fact, it may be his favorite room in the house.

Even with all of that, I still do not think he is remotely prepared for the change that is heading his way. Nor are we. :)
