Easter 2014

This Easter was SO much fun.

We attempted to dye eggs with Cooper. It was the most stressful 90 seconds of my life…that is about all he had the attention span for. I was okay with that. Toddler + Dye = no bueno

The Easter Bunny came!

A new water table, some shades, and a few other little goodies. The Easter Bunny thought the water table would help me out this summer while I am trying to care for a newborn and entertain a toddler.

The moms on our street organized an Easter egg hunt for all the kiddos. We kicked it off with a yummy breakfast (while the "big kids" - 8 and older hid the eggs in all the front yards on our street). Then the hunt took place. The big kids helped the little ones hunt. It was too sweet. We wrapped it up with an adorable Easter craft- of which Cooper wanted no part of.

Here is a photo of the kiddos

Cooper's Nana and PopPop bought him this adorable Easter outfit.

The bigs helping the littles.

Trying to keep up with the older kids.

Hanging with the big boys. Lance (the boy with his hand on Cooper's head) is so sweet and protective of Cooper!

I think Cooper feels rather gangster in his hat. What do you think?

Cooper crashed HARD after all the morning excitement. He slept through the entire brunch that we hosted for our family and friends.

He woke up in time to enjoy some sunshine and play with the water table that the Easter bunny brought him. This was quite the PNW moment. It was 61 degrees and sunny. We filled the water table with warm water and pretended it wasn't too cold for about 7 minutes.

It was a wonderful Easter.
