Each day you are more and more active. 

It took every trick in the book to get pictures of you this month! 

Including containing you in your crib. 

Your latest expression is pretty hilarious, it includes snorting. 

You are eating SO many things now. You love eating puffs, mainly because you can feed yourself. You tried meat (pureed), but you didn't care for it. You are still nursing. I think we are going to reach my goal of one year (pediatrician recommendation)! It is getting tougher and tougher though. You just want to play!

One morning I REALLY needed my coffee, so I turned on Sesame Street (which I never do) and I think you enjoyed your TV time. I sure did. 

PEPS is such a fun time for you and me! 

You met your friend Sylvia Nees. 

You were able to hang out with Harper and Jack while we were in Spokane. 

You even went on your first date with Harper! The two of you, just chatted it up!

Daddy took an afternoon off to hang out with us. You loved it! We had a picnic in the park and played on the swings. 

Then we went home and you played in your pool. 

You find the sprinkler pretty entertaining. 

You are such a happy boy...unless you have teeth coming in. Then...well...

It has been hot! Your summer wardrobe is just too cute. 

We celebrated the 4th of July with Matt and Lianna. The only picture I have of you and I is blurry, but you get the idea. Dad picked out your outfit. 'Merica

Playing in the sun on the 4th! 

For the 4th we were on a house boat on Lake Union.  

You hung out in the shade. 

We swam in the lake right off the house boat. You insisted on drinking the water, so this adventure did not last long. Lake Union is not exactly fresh and clean.

You do love your Uncle Kris more than remote controls, you just don't know it yet. 

Kpa was very excited to show you his motorcycle. He rode this bike with his brother and cousins when he was a boy, and he recently got it  running again. I can only imagine the stress and worry this will cause me in the future. 

You are so chattty. Sometimes I think you say "gaga" for doggie, but then again it could just be random. When the garage opens and I say, "Where's dada?" You look towards the door and get very excited. I think you are starting to say mama and are actually associating it with me, but I am not entirely convinced of this yet. 

Your sleeping habits are pretty steady, even through the teething! You go to bed between 7:30-8:30 pm and you wake up between 5:00-6:00 am. You typically take two naps, your morning nap is usually 2-3 hours and the afternoon nap is closer to 30 mins to an hour. Some days you really fight that afternoon nap, and I am NOT ready to give that up yet! Overall, I am so grateful for your sleeping habits. Thanks little buddy! 

My favorite thing ever is when I ask for kisses, and you lean in and smash your whole face on mine. Its the sweetest thing ever! We love you SOOOOO much.
